Oasis Pools

They took two weeks to order our line once we placed the order with them. It took 3 weeks to get the product (pool liner). The pool liner once placed in the pool was the wrong liner. (They ordered the wrong liner they offered a small discount for this) They were to come out in the morning to measure the pool and they did not show up. When they called around lunch time we were told they would be out at the end of the day, again they did not show up, they did not actually show up until the following day in the morning. Once the liner was in it took almost a week for them to come out and put it in. When they came out they told us to fill it with water to a certain point and that they would be back the next day to check on the level and complete the work. Because we were at work and they did not show up the next day as told they would the pool was filled to high. They had told us they would bring out a pump that evening or the next morning to drain the pool. They text us the next day in the mid morning wanting to know if the pool was drained. Told them they had not brought out the pump. Several hours later we did have a pump and it was drained in a hour. When we called to see when someone would be out they let us know he was stuck on another job and would not get to the pool until Monday. This company doesn't handle their customer as a priority. Our pool should have been competed weeks ago but due to them unable to communicate with each other and scheduling is not something they can do.
