Jones Plumbing

I originally contacted Mr.Jones on the recommendation of a friend. I left a voicemail and he called me back within the same day. I made an appointment for later in the week. During the phone call he explained his pricing structure without my asking him and gave me an idea of how much the job would cost. At the appointed time, I got a phone call from him saying that he was 45 minutes behind and asking if it was okay for him to come that late. I said yes, and he actually arrived a little sooner than that. I really appreciated the phone call. He did the work quickly and thoroughly, checking to make sure that all was as it should be. After he completed the disposal installation, I mentioned that my kitchen faucet was not shutting off properly, and he volunteered to take a look at it right then and there. He ended up rebuilding it. He also inspected the pipes under the sink and said that some work might be necessary on them soon. I really value someone who can explain their work. This plumber can do that. I learned a lot in the hour and a half he was working in my house. He also allowed me to watch him as he worked and I appreciated that. He is very personable and articulate and I'd call him again.

At first the provider had forgotten the appointment made a week earlier. But, upon calling them they dropped everything they were doing and arrived at my house in no time. Very apologetic about forgetting the appointment time, went right to work and, had the leak repaired in no time. Then took the time to give an estimate to upgrade all the plumbing in my old house. Cost was very reasonable and, would have no problem calling them again.
