+ -1 moreI am so happy with my shutters. Mr. Williams provided a competitive quote. He was friendly, responsive and professional. He showed up when he said he would. The shutters look stunning and achieved the look I wanted. I don't expect to have any problems with them, but if for any reason I do, I am confident Mr. Williams will address any concerns immediately. I feel he takes great pride in his work.
Description of Work: Installed plantation shutters in master bedroom and bathroom.

+ -1 moreMr. Williams took careful measurements to ensure a perfect fit in our windows. He was respectful of our time and our belongings, cleaning up after himself at all times. Although he took great care in everything that he did, the time he took was far less than I had imagined. Especially for installation, he had taken into account the minor quirks of each individual window and installation was a snap. There were a few nail holes that weren't filled and painted, but the job overall was far better than I had expected for custom shutters.
Description of Work: Installed plantation shutters in Living Room and Dining Room.
