FOOTHILLS HOME INSPECTIONS

Description of Work: Complete home inspection before purchase of home. Inspected electrical, heating and cooling, foundation, roof, plumbing, gutters and downspouts, doors, windows, automatic garage door, attic...Found a few minor things that needed to be repaired but missed ALL the BIG STUFF. Roof is in such bad condition that I cannot get home owners insurance. Shingles were almost void of grit and several were missing. Heating and AC system flooded the attic, laundry closet and kitchen because the drain line was aiming up instead of down-something my brother-in-law noticed right away. Had to have the kitchen ceiling and laundry closet ceilings replaced at my own expense. On to the jacuzzi tub in the master bath...2 of the jets were cracked but all they did was turn it on to make sure it worked. Guess what???When i moved in and got around to a jacuzzi bath the kitchen flooded again. The master bath shower was missing grout in the floor which he missed. I tore it all out and much to my surprise-NOT-the wood was rotten and now I have to replace the master shower, walls, floor and just about everything else. Garage door opener doesn't stop like it is supposed to in order to prevent safety reverse. I could go on for days...electrical outlets pop and crack. Have replaced many of them because without home owners insurance I can't afford a fire. Also had to replace the upstairs AC unit after many service calls. Do NOT use this guy if he is working for the real estate agent...BEWARE!!!!!
