Dolly's roofing came on the appointment date, performed as expected.

From 1st call to office to make appointment very nice and professional. Met with Jason and he was very nice and professional. Checked out my roof showed me pictures and my approximately 20+ year old roof was in bad shape. Jason came back to consult with the insurance adjuster. He was here early same as he was for initial consultation. We actually had to wait for the adjuster to arrive. The crew competed the job in one day. No trash at all left in my yards . The roof is wonderful I could not be more pleased. I would recommend this Dolly's Roofing to family members. Professional from start to finish. Jason arrived on time and provided professional assessment of the roof condition. Sealed a leak, sealed a collar around a pipe and sealed several nails. Jason provided pictures and explanation of the roof general condition. Jason is a knowledgeable, professional attitude technician.

June 11, 2014 760 Navigators Pointe, Seneca Unbeknown to us, several of our neighbors suffered hail damage to their roofs from a hail storm in August of 2013. Dolly?s Roofing had inspected their roofs and suggested that they phone their insurance companies to have them come out and assess the damage. We saw that two of our neighbors, on our block, had new roofs installed, one after the other. So, when a man came to our door and asked if we would like to have a free roof inspection, I said, ?Sure!? My husband, of course, thought this was a scam, but I told him, we NEED a new roof, so why not let him check it out to see if there is some actual damage? Sure enough, Tim found hail damage and suggested we call our insurance company. I was ready to do so but again, my husband thought his premium would increase if we should make a claim like this. But in talking with our neighbor, I discovered that the premium would not increase. So, we called the insurance company. They were great to deal with and the agent concurred that we indeed did warrant a new roof! Both my husband and I like things to be ?just right? so of course, we were sticklers about getting just the ?right? shingles. I?m sure it took us 5 times as long to choose the shingles?having to see them on actual homes, etc. I finally told my husband we had to decide or the insurance company wouldn?t cover the damage, a year after the damage occurred! During this entire process, Tim and Charles were extremely patient and accommodating! If they didn?t have what we wanted, they?d drive up to Greenville or North Carolina and get it?that type of thing. My husband questions everything to the degree of driving me insane, but Tim was unbelievably patient, answering all his questions and concerns. In the end, the time and effort we took was well spent; the roof looks 100 times better than the roof that came on the house when we purchased it a few years ago! Once they began the job, everything went quickly and smoothly, just as it did on our neighbors? homes. The roofers were expert installers and did a meticulous job. The clean-up of all the debris (from a 7,000+ sq. ft. home) was also well taken care of; and believe me, it was a mess to have to deal with. We also had gutter guard damage from the hail, so Tim connected with us to get the gutters replaced as well?the price to replace the gutters (which are 15 yrs. old) along with the gutter guards was so reasonable that we decided to do both. All in all, we are thrilled. When Tim knocked on our door, it saved us over $27,000. Plus, our roof looks awesome and we don?t have to worry about it for the rest of our lifetime! So, if you are in the market for a new roof, we would highly recommend DOLLY?S ROOFING.

They did a good job. They were prompt and any problems they corrected.
