+ 1 moreFrom beginning to working with Emily helping us with our choices, and we don't easily make choices, but we're able to do so easily with her expertise! To the end, with Thomas and his 3 man crew that installed our floors/carpet/stairs as though we were extremely important people to them. Could not have been better. Will be using them again very soon!!

+ -1 moreThe staff at Dixie flooring were very helpful and proactive. Kathy and Emily are very knowledgeable about products. I brought in home pictures re: colors, style and durability needed and they were very good with design. PROACTIVE: nice size carpet samples were quickly delivered from supplier to my home in a matter of days so I could narrow down best color/style. The bigger samples made such a difference. Also we saved at least $150 as their carpet installer measured more precise than the local box store person who had previously measured the same area because they added on big X per cent overage allowance for any pattern. The carpet installer, Chris, was very good understanding pattern repeat with my sample and very good installer for stairs. Also, I used another of Dixie’s carpet persons for cleaning and he was excellent. Key words to describe Dixie Flooring: All around Customer Service, Design Help, Product Knowledge and Reasonable Priced for better quality items. I am thankful for this local business.

Description of Work: Replace all carpet in the house included the steps. They misquoted the cost for the labor associated with the binding of the carpet for the stairs by close to $200 over the original quoted price. Installation was timely and no other issues have been noted.

Description of Work: The product choices were plentiful, and the salesperson (Kathy) was extremely knowledgeable. The carpet and flooring were installed as scheduled, and the installers did an EXCELLENT JOB. I couldn't have been happier.
