Description of Work: We have been paying for the service contract where they will service our A\C & Furnace twice a year. They were out here last March, 2016 but when I tried to call now in December 2016 they did not return my calls. Then I joined Angie's list and saw this was happening to others, needles to say I am stopping the payments and will find someone new to service my A\C & Furnace.

+ -1 moreWe have been using David's Heating and Air, from Westminster, SC (previously from Seneca SC) since moving here three years ago. Had a issue with call backs but was able to speak with the owner who advised me about the death in the family and telephone issue, that was soon to be corrected. Also I was pleased to see their TOP service tech Gabe who has been doing the service on our unit since day one. We are pleased to say that we are continuing to use David's Heating and Air and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thank You

Description of Work: Have a maintenance contract through July 2016. Need service for a repeat problem of no AC . David's phone is no longer in service. Had to call another HVAC contractor. David's not available to honor service contract.

Description of Work: David the "owner " of this company tried to charge me about $500, when I called the "office" I got ahold of the REAL owner, a lady and she was surprised that David didn't report the work AND when I asked for an itemized billing , David called me that day and lowered the bill to $200 and said he did not want to do business with me .SOMETHING FISHY !!!

+ -1 moreWe have a maintenance service contract with David's Heating and Air. As contract customers, we get maintenance checks every fall and spring at no extra cost and we are given priority on emergency repair calls. We also receive after-hours emergency service at no additional charge. During our fall service check last year, we were informed that our unit needed to be replaced due to deteriorated coils--because of the age of the unit, a replacement was the only viable option. They quoted us a good price for a 3-ton unit, we set up the appointment for the following week, and the service was prompt and efficient. The service employees are always friendly and professional, and they really take great care of their customers. I highly recommend the maintenance contract. It costs approx. $13/month, but it has been worth every penny for us. Great service, fair prices.

+ -1 moreThese guys did a great job. They came out and diagnosed the problem (my indoor air handler was leaking condensation into the overflow drain pain - amongst other things). They ordered a replacement drain pan (I have an older unit) and came back a week later and fixed it all. It works great. The tech was prompt, professional, and friendly. Would definately use them again.
Description of Work: Fixed a poorly installed A/C unit. Added a condensation pump. Replaced an internal drain pan, added p-trap to two air handling units.
