Got immediate call from them to set up appointment to come by and check out what we needed. Came by same day. Discussed our problem with water leaking around door seal on our walk-in tub. We had ordered the replacement seal but sealer from the old one needed cleaned off door before replacement. They took the door off the tub to take back to shop to clean properly before installing new door seal. Got call from them within 4 hours that door was ready and they wanted to bring it back and test the seal to be sure no more leaks. SUCCESS. NO LEAKS. Couldn't ask for nicer people. Showed concern for our service need and provided quick, cost effective, efficient service. We had been trying to find someone to replace the door seal for almost 2 years with no success. Just didn't seem to be worthwhile to others but Crossroads understood that and honestly wanted to help us with our tub problem.
