Very professional and down to earth. Was very excited to teach and explain everything. When I first called I had to leave a message but my call was returned rather quickly. He took time to understand what my problem was and had me contact Bosch to begin a warranty troubleshooting plan as to save time when he arrived. When he and his assistant arrived they explained what they had to do and got to work with Bosch. He even put Bosch on speaker so I could hear the entire process. Although this review is concerning the plumber I would state now that I will never purchase a Bosch product and will have this one ripped out and replaced as soon as I can afford to do so. we knew the problem before we ever started, but had to work through Bosch troubleshooting as it was supposed to be under warranty. After about 4-5 hours of troubleshooting, Bosch finally decided to tell us that by the way since I was the second owner the heater was not under warranty. At this time the plumber apologized as he was not aware of Bosch's policy on this and stated that I could order the part myself and taught me how to replace the control module on my own. He also only charged my for 2 hours of labor and the cost of the gas regulator that he replaced as it was starting to malfunction. This had nothing to do with the issue we were working in though. I cannot say enough of how impressed I was with this company and how helpful they were. I will definitely be hiring him in the near future for other plumbing needs that I have. Concerning promptness he arrived early and also called when he was enroute.

Byars had to drill a hole in the back of the kitchen cabinet and dry wall to reach the drain pipe. The line from the sink that ran into the down pipe was cracked and required removal and replacement of the T-joint. He quickly identified the problem and made the repairs. He was in and out in an hour and did an excellent job, plus the price was less than expected. I would highly recommend.

1. We lost hot water due to an electronic error code on my tankless hot water heater. Byers told me over the phone what to do to get it restarted. The solution was simple but the immediate help by phone was greatly appreciated. 2. The next week he did a maintenance service (de scaling) on the heater. Showed up on time, explained things, etc. 3. During the maintenance a defective part was discovered and replaced. Whether it was related to the initial problem is unclear. The water heater would not operate in quite the same way as before-- without an electronic controller attached, which I installed after he left and the unit shut down again. In the end, the problems were a bit of a mystery.

read above Their arrogant attitude and poor communication skills led to my vacation home being without water when they knew about this issue 6 weeks ago. they left me dry on Good Friday and this coming easter weekend when my family and friends are planned to arrive at the lake home tonight or tomorrow...which they knew 10 days ago. They told me to call someone else and then hung up on me. Great business service!

They were very quick to respond. Their price was competitive with everybody else. They were very professional. Whenever we have a problem, we call them.

They were outstanding. They were absolutely top notch. I used them about a year ago, and then just about 3 weeks ago. They are a little expensive, but they are worth it. Plumbers are indifferent about stuff, but these guys are professional.

Provider came quickly and fixed the broken pipe without trouble. He made sure that the repair did not require cutting holes in walls.

They did really good. It is a great company. They are very personable and knowledgeable.

There was two of them and they came on time. Both were very nice and polite. They took their snake and cleared the line as much as possible from the inside but realized that the clog was in the part of the line that was outside so they found a good entry point and snaked from there until they cleared the clog. They repaired the entry point and cleaned after themselves.They walked me through it all and explained what they did. They were here for about 2 hours but they were always working.

I found him to be very courteous, professional, and efficient. He responded quickly to my phone calls, and fit me into his busy schedule to fix the leaks. He did not rush, either, but took his time to make sure things were right--that the faucets were straight and even, and the putty was neat. He did not give me the feeling you sometimes get with service providers that you are one of many customers on a given day, and rushes through your job so he can get to the next one. Considering all the work he did, and the time he put in, I think he is reasonably priced. I highly recommend him!

Tom & Byars worked as a team & repaired many leaks & clogs. They were very good and fast.

They were called because of a leaky toilet, they fixed that and also checked the rest of the bathrooms to make sure everything was running like it should. Very friendly gentlemen.

They dug out old water valve and prv. Showed me where the leak was occuring and explained what they needed to do to repair the issue. The builder had not put in the correct prv, so they not only replaced the valves with the correct equipment they improved access to the valves. They did a great job. I will call them again for any plumbing job I have.
