plumbing, gas leak repair
  + 0 more
Initially, the water company detected a leak on my plumbing, so I hired a professional to come and check it. When he came, he smelled gas in my house, he then said that he did not feel comfortable coming in, so I opened the windows to let the air out. He checked the stove and said there was no gas regulator on it and it did not have a yellow gas whip line. It's not up to code, not up to standard. I then called him back to fix it and he tried to charge me another $125 service charge. I told him I was not gonna pay him to fix his mistake. We went back in forth and then he's asking me what he needs to make it work. When he agreed to comeback, finally, on Christmas Eve, he was three hours late, no phone call, no nothing. Asked me to be here early, I did that coming out from Myrtle Beach. But when he turned the gas off and turned it back on, it did not like the pilot and it filled my house with gas yet again. And he was just rude as anyone can be. I stand by my statement and I have the texts to back it all up.
