 + 13 moreMichael is an average competent contractor. However his lack of subs is a serious hindrance to getting tasks accomplished in a timely fashion. Site development is not complete even though started mid 2016. Lack of reliable employees or subs pretty much leaves him a "one man show". If you want something done it may take 6-8 months. He works a little on a small job here, there, etc. and doesn't seem to be able to complete major tasks. He is very honest and tries to do a good job for his customers but is not capable of working on a task which has a short time line or very complex.
