I am constantly disappointed and frustrated by this company. They are rude and frequently mess up my bill and then argue with me about making it right. The problem is that because they have the monopoly, they know that you are dependent on them for their business and helpless to go elsewhere....

If I am late in paying them, they will cut the connection off immediately. They are increasing rates at the same time. To me, that is not the way to operate. They turn off the power without letting me know. I recently moved to the area. I was unsure of the way things work. So, I overlooked a few things. Before I knew it, there was no electricity. I had forgotten to pay them and they took a while to turn it back on. I am not trying to cause problems, but I feel they are just interested in getting people’s money.
