TONY'S LAWNMOWER & CHAINSAW CO

I got an estimate. I made Tony perfectly aware that there was to be no added charges. After off loading lawn tractor; I was told the head mechanic would not be back from vacation for a week. I was promised the Mower back by Friday. ON Thursday, I called and was told that my Mower was not ready, but I could pick it up, 1/2 fixed. I stated I wanted it repaired. When I finally was allowed to pick it up, after 2 weeks in the shop, for a 2 day fix (max.) I was handed a bill with extra added charges and services. One of which was replacing an innertube that was not flat or bad, but a bit low. In fact; They charged me for an innertube, and then merely replaced the good one I already had in the tire. Within days the tire was completely flat. I have been burned twice by this company, padding my bill. Look a bit further for honest lawnmower repair. Good luck Update: The tire mentioned above finally separated from the rim. I tried to air it up, but there was no tube in the tire. So; I was charged Labor, and 14.99 for a tube that was never installed!
