Palms on the Parkway

Buyer beware! Isaiah has a great selection and a sparkling personality but does not honor his commitments or warranties. No less than four families in my tiny neighborhood have been impacted by his dishonorable business practices to the tune of $700-$1000 loss (each). Two of us had the wrong trees delivered and installed, one of them girdled and damaged. Another had a palm installed that died while supposedly under warranty that was not replaced, another bought a large live oak that was never delivered. When I purchased a kwanzan cherry he didn't plant it as requested in the fall. I didn't get it until the spring. The tree he planted is not a kwanzan cherry. I have been dealing with him for a year and a half to get the tree removed and a refund. Next stop small claims court.

Isiah was great to work with. He gave us good advice on choosing trees and a great price. We agreed that I would pick them up at opening the next morning. When I showed up with a truck and trailer, he determined that my trailer would not provide good protection for the trees. He then offered to deliver the trees to our house, gratis. He proceeded to load them up right then and delivered immediately. At our house, he unloaded them and moved them to the back yard. All of the delivery and movement was not in the plan and he did it just to help us out. He gave good advice on how to plant and how to maintain. Four months later, the trees are green and growing out as expected. Delivery and planting is part of his normal business, but I wanted to plant them myself to better manage the time of actual planting as I was doing lots of other heavy landscape work in that area. We could not have asked for better service. Thanks Isiah.
