Awesome! We were having to schedule our fence install around pool people... Tonya was so flexible! Once a date was set, the team showed up in time were friendly, polite & professional. They worked from morning till evening in the heat of the summer to finish the fence in 3 days! The fence is beautiful and we would definitely hire them again and highly recommend them.

Wow. Cole Fencing is professional and very responsive. Due to an inordinate amount of rain ( an entire week of deluges) the installation of my fence was pushed out a week. However, Cole Fence contacted me to let me know the initial date would not be possible. On the day of the installation, you guessed, it, it poured. However, rather than leaving the job, they waited in their truck for the storm to pass and then finished the job. I am so please with the quality of their work and commitment to customers.

They were excellent once they started the job. There was just a lot of confusion and I thought they could have communicated better the issues of supplies not coming in etc. The original quote was quick and I think they did an excellent job selling the company. I would recommend and hire again.

Great fence... They should charge more

Tonya came right out the day we called and gave us a price and collected half the money, this was Oct 2016 .She said it would take 6 to 8 weeks to get the special order fence and in Feb, 2017 she called and said they would be there the next day which a whole crew came, done a great job, didn't leave any kind of mess, they are just nice people. We had a small issue with one of the gates and they came right out and fixed it. I would use them again.

Outstanding work, fair price work exceeded expectations

From the time we paid the deposit, it took about 5 weeks for them to come out. We were originally quoted from a different company over $7,000. Not only did Cole fencing do the same project for less than half of what we were quoted but the fence looks great.

Estimate was by far the best deal; installation was done is 4 hours, looks great.

They put the fence up in the rain and the concrete did not set right. There is a 1 year warranty that is suppose to cover the fence. Unfortunately, the fence was installed almost two months ago and I have reached out to them 4 times to get them to fix the fence that hasn't settled. They have given multiple excuses and not been back to fix the fence. I am disappointed in their commitment to quality.

After submitting a request via Angie's List messages, Tonya immediately responded on a Saturday evening. After this initial contact, there were some minor glitches in communication leading up to the service, but I was still pleased with the free quote she gave. I knew that a quick job like mine would need to be worked in between their larger jobs, but within a couple days, I received a call asking if the crew could come within the next few hours. The primary task was to shift a 12' drive-through gate to a more convenient place about 6' to the left. The crew not only did what I asked, but also fixed several other issues with the fence (e.g., missing pieces, leaning posts, etc.) that I hadn't asked for, doing so for no extra charge. Additionally, they worked around another contractor that happened to be working in the same part of the yard that day. The gate is in a much better location now, and the condition of the fence is much better than before they came. I'm pleased with their work and would hire them again.

While the job was completed and all wood was hauled away, the support beams were not removed completely. Instead of removing them as expected, the 4x4s were simply sawed near the ground, many of them not even at ground level so now there is the lower portion of wood posts all throughout the edge of my property. This will make it very difficult to install a fence at a later time if myself or new owners would like to have it completed. I paid the full price of fence removal as quoted by them and I was hoping for a better outcome, especially since much of the work had already been completed by myself prior to them being requested to complete.

Everything went very well. Tonya is very responsive to all calls and inquiries. She came out twice to measure and give an estimate because we changed our minds about the layout. It did take a few weeks from the time we decided to go with Cole's until the fence was installed, due to rain, but that was not an issue for us. The fence looks wonderful and we are very happy. We would definitely use Cole's again and would recommend them to anyone.

I initially called Cole Fence after another contractor failed to get back to me with an estimate. Tonya responded quickly and came out to see what needed to be done. She also gave me an estimate on the spot. It took longer than I had hoped to actually get a day that the work could be done, but about three weeks after I received the estimate, a crew came out on a Friday to do the work. They were very professional, worked quickly, and gave me the opportunity to check the work before they started to pack up their equipment. Overall, I was very pleased with what they did. The only complaint (and it is a minor one) is that my calls for information after I had agreed to have the work done were not returned, and I would have to call again and hope to get the person who could answer the question. However, this would not prevent me from using them again if the need arises.

This project went great, would definitely recommend this team to anyone. The crew were very nice, friendly guys. There was a one week delay because of lousy weather, but obviously they have no control over that. They installed the posts one day and then came back the very next day to finish framing and installing the slats. Did approximately 324 ft of fence, plus a 10 ft drive through gate and two 4 ft walk through gates, all in two days! There was a buried cable right alongside the path of a long section of the fence, and they were very careful to avoid and work around it. Something else that I think says a lot about this crew is that on the first day when they were putting in the posts, a guy came to my house in his truck to pickup a wooden doghouse I was selling. The Cole Fence guys came over and helped us lift it into the back of his truck without us even asking for help. Stand-up guys who do good work and do it fast. Who can argue with that? Oh, and by the way, we got a lot of quotes from fencing companies on Angie's List, and theirs was the best price out of all of them. Thanks Cole Fence, you guys are great!

I left a message through Angie's List, and Tonya contacted me within an hour, and came over for an estimate the next day. When I called to schedule the repairs, she said it would be about 2 weeks, but it turned out to be only one week. Repairs were finished and the yard cleaned up within 3 1/2 hours, and everything looks and functions great. I would definitely use them again; they were very responsive and easy to work with.

They gave a great quote and called to follow up before I chose who I was going with. They did a great job and were very punctual.

Tonya from Cole's came out and gave me a competitive estimate. They were scheduled to come in approximately 2 weeks to perform the job. 1 week later I received a call from Cole to say that they would be able to do the job early if I that was acceptable. They arrived around lunch time, went right to work, and completed the job by 6PM. The fence and gates are attractive and neatly installed. I would definitely use this company again.

I called Coles fencing and requested an estimate. Coles responded in a timely manner. On the 28th of March I signed the contract to have Coles fencing do the fence work I needed. In the contract it stated Coles fencing was 2 1/2 to 3 weeks behind due to weather. I was told the work on my project should start in no more than three weeks. Seven weeks later the installation crew from Cole's fencing was here and on the 21 of May my project was complete. Over all I was satisfied with the work and quality of fence installed by Coles fencing I was however unhappy with the duration of time it took from date of estimate to completed project.

Met with Derrick, he surveyed the back yard area and was very professional. I got a very competitive price and they started building the fence (portion wood and galvanized) roughly two weeks after my estimate. The workers showed up up on time and were very professional from start to finish. We have received several compliments from neighbors and friends and love our new fence. I would recommend Cole fencing to family and friends as we are very happy with the work they did.

We called Cole Fencing on a Wednesday, Tonya came out to give us an estimate on Thursday, and the fence was repaired on Friday. I was thrilled by how quickly they responded and got the work done. The repaired segments look good and more importantly keep our dogs safely in the yard.
