Perfect, done well

The flooring was put down wrongly. The sub-flooring of the house itself was not leveled first. He did not call me during the process to let me know if there was any problem. I came home and found that there were gaps and holes in the hallway. He finished the job and I haven't paid him yet. I contacted the owner about it and he was very nice and fixed the mistake. I didn't pay him anything and he just let it go and walked away. He didn't take any money for either his labor or the materials. It was good of him that he did that.

They were fantastic. I think they also do hardwood flooring and carpets. They provided quality products and they were very professional. The person was very helpful. He let me take samples to the house for me to see how the they looked in the daytime. He was wonderful. He did 890 sq. feet. He didn?t do the bathroom. The project cost me $6470. He wasn?t cheap, but his quality was good. He finished the work within a day and a half. He left my furniture exactly the way I had it, except maybe a little better. My flooring looks incredible today. It is awesome. I will use them again in the future.

The J. Bulman Co. willingly sent two workmen from approximately half an hour away to do my repairs, even though they didn't have another job in the near area on that day. The two men arrived on time, assessed the work needed and quickly went to work. One began re-stapling the carpet on all the stairs. The other stretched the carpet remaining in the family room to enable him to trim and hide the frayed edges, and then he finished the new cut edge on the room. Both men worked quickly and efficiently and completely cleaned up and removed all debris from the job when finished. Their demeanor was very pleasant and friendly. They were in and out within an hour. I appreciate them coming when I needed them, even though they didn't have another job in my area that day. I thought the price was reasonable for two men working for an hour plus driving a half an hour each way to my site.

This company removed and installed grade A carpet. They were very professional and respectful of not only our home, but also to us. They were quite motivated to do a supreme job for us, and they surpassed their goal in doing so.

I think the company did a great job! They were very detail-oriented & completed the job in very little time. When the workers were there they were kind & courteous to all of us. I really enjoyed having this company work on my home.
