+ -1 moreAFTER WAITING 45 MINUTES ON THE DAY OF OUR APPOINTMENT, AND NO ONE SHOWING UP, I CALLED THEM. I DISCOVERED THEY DID NOT EVEN HAVE US ON THE BOOKS. FINALLY, THE NEXT MORNING, SOMEONE CAME OUT TO COMPLETE THE JOB. WOULD I HIRE THEM IN THE FUTURE? KNOWING WHAT I KNOW NOW, I'D CALL THEM TO CONFIRM THE APPOINTMENT.
Description of Work: TWO WEEKS BEFORE WE WERE MOVING, OUR AIR CONDITIONER STOPPED COOLING. THEY FOUND A SMALL FREON LEAK IN THE COILS. HE RECHARGED THE FREON AND WE SCHEDULED THE COIL REPLACEMENT.
