TREE PROS

They cut down one tree in our yard and 6 trees in our neighbor's yard. They cut down the trees fine but we were all told that the price included hauling the trees and branches away. The next day they never came back and took anything. My husband and our neighbor's lawn guy and neighbor all had to pick up all the trees and branches which took them a few hours to do. The lawn guy is "friends" with the owner of Tree Pros and he called him and asked him why they didn't come back. He told him that they our deal was to cut down the tree and take it away and he said they did that. The lawn guy told him No you did not I'm looking right at it. My husband was standing right next to the lawn guy when he called him and my husband heard him say it. I stopped payment on the check since they didn't do what they had promised. The owner of Tree Pros called me and lied to me several times that the deal was they were only going to cut down the tree and not take anything away after he had told the lawn guy that they had taken everything away. Stay away from this guy and be warned don't get taken in he seems really nice but he is has no integrity as a business owner. He ripped off our neighbor he charges everyone a different rate doesn't write up any type of invoice and then doesn't do the work he has promised to do. I am also going to report him to the Better Business Bureau.

He was a very nice guy, very friendly. He finished the work within the time frame allotted but he did not do everything I asked him to do. I asked him to cut the branches and the thicker parts of the tree into three or four foot sections and stack it so I could haul it to the front of my house for the city to pick it up. He didn't do that. He cut it in random lengths and just piled it up in the back that I had to sort through, cut myself and it created a lot of extra work for me. He cut the trees down, didn't hurt himself and didn't damage anything but other than that he did a lousy job.
