HE WAS PROMPT, EFFICIENT, COMPETENT, PROFESSIONAL AND INCREDIBLY REASONABLE IN TERMS OF PRICE. WE WERE AMAZED AT HOW FAST HE WORKED AND THE QUALITY OF HIS WORKMANSHIP. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.
Description of Work: MR. MAHNICH PAINTED THE EXTERIOR AND MUCH OF THE INTERIOR OF OUR HOME. THIS INCLUDED A LOT PREPARATION OF THE SURFACES (SCRAPING, SOME PLASTER FILL WORK, ETC.) IN ADDITION TO PRIMING, STAIN BLOCKING AND THEN PAINTING.
