+ 0 moreI called Steve and he came right out and replaced the spring. I was thrilled he was able to come so quickly since my car was trapped in the garage and the door was to heavy for me to manually lift and open.

+ -1 moreThey get an A. They did a great job. I've used them once before when I purchased an Angie's List deal and that's why I had them come back. They did a nice job the first time and when they came back this time, it was the same people and they did a great job. I would tell people to call them up and use them. The workers were great.

Description of Work: Very good company to do business with. I needed a detached garage built at my home. I spoke with the owner, he came to the property and we discussed options. Within two days I had a quote that I felt was very reasonable. The subcontractors all did a great job. I am very pleased with the overall project.

+ -1 moreInitially, I was told the owner, Randy, was out of town as some training/conference, etc. I agreed to wait an extended period to get an on-site estimate for a new garage. As our appointment date was approaching, I received a call the day before stating that Randy coulnd't make it and wanted to push me out another week. They need to work on their scheduling and customer commitment!

Description of Work: JAN. 12, 2012 My wife and I moved to Rock Hill, S.C. in August. We have a motor home and because of the sun and occasional hail storms, we wanted to protect our motor home within its own garage. We went to the building department to ask about information on building a garage. Randy Ghant from The Garage Guys was there at the same time. He gave us a brochure and told us to call him when we were ready. We called and Jonathan Ghant from The Garage Guys came out to the house listened to what we needed and returned with spec’s and a contract. It was a turn-key operation. Everything was done from permits, building, clean-up and follow-up when the job was completed. Everyone was very professional and very polite. There were certain items that we discovered while building that were needed to make the garage work for us and our motor home. The Garage Guys were more than accommodating.
