+ -1 moreWe're on a payment plan. They've always been very professional and they work with you do get you on a budget if you need. They're very responsive. Their pricing is very good. It's like $450 for the whole year but they'll come and do whatever. Whatever you need to have done for free afterwards with the service plan. They're very trustworthy.
Description of Work: They did their annual tune-up. They also fixed a valve that was smoking.

+ -1 moreJason said he would be at my house at 9 AM Sunday to check out why my A/C wasn't working. I called at 10 AM and left a message on his voicemail and again at 11 AM and told him I would call him at 1 PM when I got home. He finally called at 2 PM and said he forgot a personal gathering and would be a couple hours. When he did get here he figured out that a switch in the attic had been turned off. He didn't charge me because of the inconsideration. It was not a pleasant experience.
Description of Work: I contacted TAYLOR'S HEATING & COOLING because my A/C was not working. Jason checked out the system and determined that a switch in the attic had been turned off that controlled the light as well as the air handler and turned it back on.

+ -1 moreWe decided to remodel an attic space we called them to give us an estimate. They were slow on returning phone calls, but after a couple of days we set up an appointment for an estimate. They were a no show, and when we tried the cell phone number given to us the phone was turned of.
Description of Work: They did the original HVAC system on our home, we needed an additional two runs of ducting and a new compressor installed. Approximate cost $3,000.
