They did an excellent job and they did it in a very short amount of time as well. The man who was here was just awesome. He came back as he said he would and pushed the valve down into the ground for me. He also tried to replant my shrubs which I thought that was nice of him. The funny thing is the first time I used this company I did not have a good experience. This time made up for that. I am very pleased and glad that I tried them out again. I would highly recommend this company. They are wonderful.

I think that we had an OK experience with them. I can say that everyone was very kind and courteous toward us. The only real problems that we had was every so often during the project, there was some little snags that would happen to slow down the entire process. I was happy though with the fact that they got us hooked up with no leaks of any kind. Unfortunately, they did have to come back out twice to fix some minor problems. They really did not do a good job of reseeding our lawn either. We had to go out and pretty much do that part of the job ourselves.

I was very satisfied with the work they did and thought they did an excellent job. Our water works fine and we have not had any problems. They were professional, friendly and polite.

I wish I could remember the technician s name because in my opinion, he went above and beyond. He was very professional and knew what he was doing. He was very efficient in getting the job done. I have not had any problems since the job was done.

I was quite happy they showed up the same day that I called. It can be difficult for my area in getting a worker to just show up. They seemed to know the job quite well. I think I got a fair price but when your water heater leaks all over the basement and you don't have hot water there really is not time to shop around. They did back our system with a warranty should we ever need it.

Roto Rooter is a company that has greatly pleased me. I think they showed up on time. They do not overcharge customers and they care about quality assurance. They clean up after themselves too, which is a wonderful quality for a company to obtain! I will continue to give Roto Rooter my business because they have made me feel so valued in the past. The only thing I honestly cannot remember is exactly what they have charged me for their services. At the time they were doing work at my home, my husband had passed away and that whole period of time was a blur. I will tell you that I called around for estimates, however, and they were the lowest I had gotten.

Roto Rooter is fairly costly, in my opinion. I also felt that their follow up was not very good. I would still use them again because they probably are the lowest in terms of cost that exist in my area, but any home repair companies just charge too much money, in my opinion. I think they could greatly improve upon their prices and their follow up skills.

I probably paid several hundred dollars for Roto Rooter to take out my old faucet and install a new one. I look for companies who are wiling to offer me a fair price for their work, and I felt that Roto Rooter successfully completed that task. They were friendly, reliable, honest, and personable. I would use them again.

I have never had any problems with the work that Roto Rooter did for us. The man from Roto Rooter was the nicest guy, friendly and really listened to what we wanted. The water heater works great and it has never leaked or anything since it was installed.

I was very impressed with the work that was done. They did not take a long time at all to complete the work and I was impressed of the way that they were on time and how they were so personable. I would recommend this company to many people because of the great rates and fast service. Exceptional quality of service as well.

I HAD DRAINS BACKING UP EVERYWHERE ON SATURDAY NIGHT AND THEY DID NOT SEEM ANY BETTER EARLY SUNDAY MORNING SO I CALLED ROTO-ROOTER. THEY CAME OUT WITHIN ABOUT 90 MINUTES. WE STARTED CHECKING EVERYTHING OUT AND FOR SOME REASON THE CLOG HAD BROKEN FREE. THIS WAS ON SUNDAY AND THEY DID NOT CHARGE ME ANYTHING FOR COMING OUT AND FINDING THAT THE CLOG HAD BROKEN LOOSE. THEIR RESPONSE TO MY CALL WAS DEFINITELY VERY PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE, COURTEOUS, AND THEY CALLED BACK ABOUT 30 MINUTES BEFORE THE PLUMBER ARRIVED TO LET ME KNOW HE WAS COMING. I WILL DEFINITELY CALL THEM AGAIN IF THE NEED ARISES.

THE TOILET LEAK CAME BACK, AND THEY CAME BACK AND FIXED IT THE SAME DAY, NO CHARGE.
