Description of Work: Customer service was poor. The women that I made the purchase from told me how the mirror would be packaged and it was not done the way she said it would be done. The boy that loaded the mirror on the truck put it in to where it would be broken if I hit a bump in the road. They were not at all helpful in finding a solution

+ 1 moreIt was wonderful interacting and working with Rock Hill Glass. The salesperson explained every aspect of the glass process and made me a well informed consumer who was happy to do business with this company. When the special order glass arrived, the service men showed-up at the expected time, were extremely polite and well groomed, and the work was done quickly and professionally. This is a small glass company (with a big heart) that takes great pride in their work. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone needing any type of residential glass work!
Description of Work: Hired this company to replace several cracked exterior windows in my home, install a custom glass shower door, and create custom glass tops for several pieces of furniture.
