My wife and I have been without AC for two weeks now after spending close to $10,000 this year on a new AC unit. The compressor went bad within two months of the new unit being installed. It took about a week for a new compressor to be installed, which then promptly died within 48 hours of being installed. We have been told that a 2nd compressor will need to be installed, and most likely also go bad, before the outside unit can be replaced under warranty. Two days in a row, we have attempted to contact the company to understand the timing of when the new compressor will be shipped and installed, and were told that ownership would follow-up with us on the same business day to let us know about timing, and we never heard back. I called today shortly after 5 PM, after my wife was told that she would receive a call-back from the owners during normal hours (she did not), and was told rudely that the rep was just at a call center for emergencies and that we would have to call again in the morning. I was not even demanding that the part be replaced this week and simply want to know what date to expect for the replacement part, but it has been over a week with no working AC and we still don't even know when to expect a repair to be attempted again because of poor communication. Unless there are major attempts at remediating this situation by ownership, & PROMPTLY, I do not plan to change my review and I would highly recommend avoiding this company. I will be canceling my membership as soon as this fiasco is over unless ownership amends this situation ASAP. The communication has been terrible, and I'm tempted to go ahead and have another company come out that will treat us with respect and timely communication and just eat the costs we have already absorbed with the junk unit and poor follow-up communication and service we've received this year. In total, we have not had AC for about 3 weeks of this year after dealing with new faulty equipment, shipping times & lack of communication on repairs. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Technicians were very professional and did a great job.

My experience was poor. They tried to charge me 750 dollars to replace a circuit board. When I looked up this part the cost was only 115 dollars. They are gouging their customers. They were late. There one hour service comes at an additional cost which they did not explain to me.

This was the first time I had used their services. It went amazingly well. They were very professional, friendly and really did an excellent job. I was rather surprised because usually when I have expensive work done I am a little disgruntled and they made it very pleasant. They even found and got rid of a copperhead snake at no charge!

They came out on a hot day and cleaned the air conditioning. It was overworking and not cooling. They took care of it in less than a half hour. They came out within a couple of hours of the call on a Saturday. They rolled in the whole service cost into a maintenance package.
