Paul Smith and his assistant did a great job. They moved the furniture and covered it, laid tarps on the floors, were neat while they worked, and punctual. It was a fair price for quality work - less than a few others. Paul is on every job and he wants you to be happy when the work is complete. He's also very personable and considerate. We will not hesitate to contact him in the future for our painting needs, and we highly recommend Pro Plus Painting.

Paul gave us an estimate. Showed up right on time. Unlike my other estimates, he measured the actual area to be painted; therefore, he did not charge for empty space. We were selling our home. He suggested the paint color and our realtor agreed. He and Chris showed up on time everyday and got the job completed in our agreed upon timetable. Our house looks beautiful! He even replaced the outlet covers and wallplates. Everyone who sees our home asks for his number. He was friendly and even put up with our cat following him from room to room as he worked. He gave us a fair price and did an excellent job. Highly recommend!

Paul answered e-mail from Angie's list with a phone call within the hour and showed up on time on a Saturday morning to estimate the job. He provided a quote within a couple of days via e-mail and the job was scheduled to start in a couple of weeks based on our first availability. We provided a paint color that we selected from a big box store and he was able to match it with PPG Porter paint. Paul and I employee estimated 2.5 days to complete job. They showed up on-time and completed the job in 2 days. They moved all of the furniture, removed all of the wall hangings and returned everything we wanted when the painting was complete. The quality of the work was excellent and it was a pleasure working with Pro Plus Painting and Remodeling. Paul responded to all e-mails in a timely manner and remained professional throughout. AWESOME!!! I can't say enough good things about Paul and Chris. The house looks beautiful. I will be hiring them again when I need the basement done, as well as some exterior work. I highly recommend Paul!!

It was a very smooth process. Paul came to provide an estimate quickly after we contacted him. The job was completed within a couple of weeks of receiving the estimate. The work completed was very well done. We have 5 upper cabinet doors and 10 lower cabinet doors. He painted the outside of the doors, the inside of the doors and the center island. I would contact him again for future painting needs.

He showed up on time and did what he said he would do. We are pleased with the results. We supplied some wall paint; he supplied ceiling and trim paint and bought a second gallon of wall paint for us for $25.

We just bought a home and knew we needed to get it painted. I contacted Paul for an estimate and he got back to me that night to schedule a visit to our home. When he came for the estimate, he was thorough -- measuring all the rooms and taking detailed notes on what we wanted done. Early the next morning I received his estimate via email. One other estimate I got came in at $5000... but Paul said he could get it done in a week and for $3000. We were on a tight time schedule, but Paul agreed to start work on a Saturday morning -- on Labor Day weekend -- and he showed up on time that morning, and every morning that he said he would. Paul's work is great. He takes care to address the small details. He repainted all my window sills and the tops of all the baseboards to ensure bright, clean lines for the new paint job. He noticed the air filters were dirty in the home...and as the moving truck hadn't yet arrived with my ladder, offered to take them down for me and put the new ones up after I purchased them. Whatever I asked Paul to do or take a look at, his response was always "Sure, I can do that". When I asked that he paint the laundry room, which he had not originally quoted, he added it with no problem. My wife felt very comfortable with him, and I had no worries about him being in our home. He would come in on time, go to work, and get a lot accomplished each day. But he was never to busy to answer a question. Paul is the guy that everyone wishes was their Uncle. Easy going, good humor, hard working and eager to help you out. We will not hesitate to use him again! On a side note, Paul's wife Betsy came with him on his first day painting to help us choose a few colors we weren't quite sure about. She spent about an hour or so with my wife, going from room to room, talking about what furniture would go in the room, our likes, etc...and recommended some really great colors. We couldn't be happier. Betsy is Paul's secret weapon!

To many things to detail but I was happy when the homes that were rehabed look brand new again.

He came over to examine the house and was prompt. He was professional when he was here and he followed up with a bid which he submitted by email. We went with a different painter but it was a close decision. I think that he and his crew would have done a good job..

He was on-time and very professional. He took measurements and provided an estimate within 24 hours, as promised. He provided additional solutions to some of the other cosmetic issues going on with my home. Every communication I've had with Paul has been positive. He responds to questions in a timely manner and is willing to creatively work with me and my budget to get the job done in a way that makes me happy. I obtained the estimate to prepare my re-model budget and am looking forward to actually hiring him for the job.

It was a fine experience and everything and we just decided that we needed to do it ourselves. I would recommend him. He was quick and professional. He smells good, looked clean and professional.

Paul Smith returned my initial phone call quickly and we set up an appointment for him to come by and give me an estimate. He showed up as prmosied and we discussed paint options. We communicated via emails deciding on what type of paint he thought would work best and the manufacturer's warranty. He came back with a quote and we set up a tentative start week, weather permitting. Paul and his crew showed up, covered my shrubs and began to get the house scraped and the painting started. The color was a perfect match to what we had on our home. The crew kept the work site spotless and at the end of each day, the only evidence that they had been there was the newly painted areas. There were no paint drips on my decks, brick, etc. This is the best paint job this older home has ever had. As the painting progressed, we decided the gutters, down spots, and doors were not to be painted. Our invoice was adjusted down. I can't say it enough, the best paint job ever! I highly recommend this company and love that it is local to Rock Hill.

Was a pleasure working with Paul. Honest, trustworthy, dependable. Paul arrives early and prompt - meaning he arrives when he says he'll arrive. Paul supplements the team as schedule dictate and is always there to perform and supervise work. The condo painted was about 40 yrs old with most recent coat at least 25 yrs old. Many imperfections - nail pops, split wood around window frames, etc... Paul did an excellent job patching these imperfections before applying paint. Prior paint job used significant oil based paint which often required pre-sanding Paul met timing requirements (1 week) while taking on added scope as his talents go beyond just painting Very pleased with the end result.

From the initial consultation to the completion of the job, I have no complaints. He was always on time, courteous, friendly, and professional. I initially called and left a voice mail. He returned my call within a few hours and we arranged a consultation. He arrived on time with the tools he needed. From there, I received an estimate the next morning and we then scheduled the job. He was at my door on time each morning and even took the time to let me dog our during the day while he was there. I could not be happier with his work or professionalism.

Went just fine, he gave an estimate, stuck to it and did excellent work. No problems of any kind, no need to describe in detail that he paid attention to detail. I have recommended him to others with a happy heart.
