+ 0 moreI was very impressed that Rusty admitted the problem was beyond his expertise and he was able to refer me to someone who is equipped for a large problem like mine.
Description of Work: Rusty came out to evaluate my bat problem-bats had gotten into my attic space. They have been there for several years, and I, personally like them- they keep the mosquitoes under control. But, I am putting my house on the market and need not only the bat elimination, but remediation of the damage they did. Rusty went up into the attic, realized that I had not been exaggerating about the size of the colony (300-400 bats) and referred me to a company that can handle this size problem. He waived the inspection fee and was very professional yet personable.

The owner of the company has worked at my home for almost 10 years so they’ve done a wonderful job and I trust them with everything and they’ve solved a couple of small problems with me already and they are good people. They have reasonable prices. They’ve always been for me. They come in immediately every time I’ve needed them for anything. They call monthly just to see if we have any issues. The quality of their work has always been outstanding. They give me a 3 hour window but usually they call me before they come and they are here exactly when they said they are going to be here. They are always on time. They are very professional. They always wear their booties when they come in the house. They are very conscious. I’ve got pets in my yard and they are always very respectful of my animals and my house.
Description of Work: I have a quarterly maintenance contract with PestPlus for pest control services.

+ -1 moreThe owner of this pest control company has provided service to my home for the past 9 years. During this period of time the service has been outstanding and any bug problems have been very minimal. If I do find any bugs, I make a call and a service tech is at my door by close of business the next day. About 3 years ago I go an infestation of mice in my crawl space. PestPlus was called and 2 days later the mice were gone and my crawl space sealed. No mice have been back. I can't say enough about the personal service and the ability of the techs to keep my home termite, bug and mice free

The technician arrived in the time frame given and was professional and courteous. He sprayed the inside and out side of my home for various types of bugs and we set up a quarterly service to keep everything under control.
