The installers Carlos and Leo did an excellent and professional job. They were very careful in moving appliances out of the kitchen and back in. They and the company were very easy to deal with, and the sales lady spent a lot of time with us looking at samples. All in all, a very pleasant experience. We previously had stopped at a big box store, and we don't recommend these big box stores. Stay with the professionals.

The showroom experience was really good. Sales person was great to help and come out and measure townhouse. But the installation was not as good of an experience. First, the installer did not give a time for arrival on the first day, and had to be pressured to provide a time each day. One day he was supposed to show up at 8 a.m., but showed up at 8:50. Seemed to always be waiting around for him to show up. The installer took "4" days to install 508 square feet of hardwoods. The quarter round had gaps all around the room, showing every gap and joint. It was installed poorly and the quarter round was cheap to start with. Basically, poor quality quarter round and poor quality of installation. The installer came back out to the townhouse after I informed the vendor that we were not satisfied, and he said that it was not the quarter round, it was the way that the building was constructed. I contacted the owner and he said that in all jobs of installation of hardwoods, a customer should know that they are responsible for caulking and painting the quarter round. This job was done at my daughter's townhouse. I had hardwoods installed in my house (different vendor) and the quarter rounds were installed and "finished", which means that they were caulked and painted. I would not recommend this vendor. They even tried to get more money out of us (replaced some bad wood - $68) after the final bill was sent and I had paid the bill total.
