You know just another example of pitiful customer service and an attitude like I'm being done a favor instead of them coming to do me a service . Called and scheduled an appointment for a washer repair.. was told they would be out the next morning at 9:00 a.m. and maybe even a little earlier but that they would call on the way and I was the first stop. Around 9:20 I have not received notification that they were on the way so I called the office I asked what was going on. The lady told me that they actually had a previous stop but he was wrapping up and would be there in 20 to 25 minutes. Well 9:45 arrives and I get a call and they are 10 to 12 minutes out so that pushes it to 10. I express my frustration that they've wasted my morning and he said he was in a meeting and I said I thought you were with another customer.. they basically lied about what the holdup was they said you had another stop and was wrapping up at which point he said we're not liars and go somewhere else and hung up on me. So again it's back to customer service all he had to do was call with an apologetic attitude and all the lady had to do was tell me that she wasn't aware of a meeting that he had and I would have been understanding of the situation. But again, the attitude like they're doing me a favor and no apologetic attitude and not telling me the truth about what was going on and got ticked off and hung up.. so yeah, of course I'll be calling somebody else but I hope that from this post others will too.

He’s great. He’s very polite. I just love these people that actually show up when you call them. I’m absolutely happy with his services. He came when he said he would and he fixed stuff and I hadn’t had any more trouble.
