+ -1 moreLast week the collection person opened all of the bags of trash from our home and a neighbor's. The guy rifled through all of the bags and was seen pocketing several items from the trash. I immediately called the firm and after explaining what had happened, the receptionist assured both of us that the owner would call us back before 5:00 p.m. that same day. A police report was then filed. The owner of the firm did not call us that day, so again the next day, I again called, once again speaking to the receptionist. She said she was "shocked" the owner had not called and assured us that he would call us before 5:00 p.m. To make a long story short, I have called several times and have yet to speak to the owner of the firm. I have pre-paid $63.00 for the next three month of service and have now asked for my money to be refunded, and have still not received a phone call from the owner or a refund of my money.
Description of Work: We hired Morningstar Waste to pick-up our garbage and recycling 1x/week.
