+ -1 moreI had a problem with a garage door ( Door would not stay closed ). I called MKM Garage Doors and spoke with Kim. After telling her my problem. She gave me suggestions on a possible fix. After this did not work I called back and she told me she would text Mark. Mark called later and told me He was on a job but would be in touch. He called back later that afternoon and came by and repaired my garage door opener. They were courteous, prompt, professional and reasonably priced.

+ -1 moreMark Burris is terrific. He arrived on time and listened to my issues with garage door not closing intermittently. He replaced my two door sensors and also lubed and checked balance. Total cost $126. Very reasonable. Also, I asked Mark a number of questions about how I was maintaining the opener. He gave me great feedback and never tried to up sell me for additional parts or service. I will be calling Mark for all my future service.

Description of Work: They explained exactly what they would do to replace my 20+ yr old double garage door opener, including that I could get an upgraded one battery backup, light sensor for whenever I enter garage)for only $40 more
