It went well. Perfectly to be exact. They arrived and got right to work. Cleaned off all the logs and took apart the inner workings of the fireplace. And then put it all back together. Showing me how to use the unit.

They did a good job. They were efficient and told me exactly what was going on and what needed done. They pretty much did it.

Very well, technician was very professional and gave me some advise on my HVAC Unit as well.

They responded quickly and came put the next day. They even suggested a quick repair to enhance our results.

THEY DID THEIR PART....APPARENTLY THERE IS A DEFECT WITH THE LOGS AND/OR GAS LINE SO I WILL HAVE TO REPLACE. THEY WOULD NOT STAY LIT. THEY TRIED TWICE WHICH IS ALL I COULD ASK.

This was a $175 big deal purchase. Everything worked out great. They came out right away for the air conditioners and came out last week for the furnace. They came out right away, within a week. I spent more than the price of the deal because I needed a motor for one of the air conditioners. I think they were on time and everything went as good as it could go even though we were spending that kind of money. The bottom line was the air conditioner did have a problem. My interaction with them was fine. The person that called on us is the VP and is their top man. That is the guy that we are going to work with in the future. The air conditioner was fine for the summer and I hope it is going to last next summer, too.

They were thorough, on time and friendly.

They just did an annual inspection, so they didn't do a whole lot. The workers were good. They were just nice, polite and they did what they were supposed to do.

Technician did a wonderful job, restoring my gas logs to like new condition. Also switch that cuts logs on was not working and he fixed that as well. Would highly recommend

They came to check AC but didn't call for heat check, I had to call them so I'm not real happy with them right now. They couldn't find my name, then they finally found my account. They are coming next week to check heater.

That went very well. There were no problems. We were happy with it. It was pretty quick. I didn't have any complaints about the timing. It was good. We have two locations that we have gas fireplaces in and the gentleman worked on both of those. They both operated differently so he showed us how to do those. He did a good job all around. I would use them again. They came out very quickly.

Workers were very professional. They called ahead and showed up when they said they would. They made every effort to accommodate my schedule. The install went quickly and works well. Everything was cleaned up well (they even hauled off some old items that were under the house). They made sure that I was happy with all aspects of the work. I will be using them for my service going forward.

The tech was named Kevin, and he's been here before. He's always courteous, and efficiently takes care of the task at hand. He answers all of my questions, and he's always good about providing good advice and tips for optimal function. I highly recommend them, and will use them again.

The price of capacitor was about 6 times the market price. Other than that very professional and checked both units and topped them as needed
