 + -1 moreEverything looks just like Steve said it would. Our 105 year old floors are beautiful and the new floors which were finished are an unbelievable match((color) to the 105 year old ones!
Description of Work: Originally refinished hardwood flooring that is 105 years old - Now Looks NEW! Stained and finished new flooring which had to be added in the home. Second job was to install hardwood flooring in the home we were moving from. The space was tight but the job is Excellent!

Based on a recommendation from a friend, we called up Steve Smyth at Magnolia Flooring. He was able to get the job done quickly. He and his crew were punctual and professional. The price was reasonable and the quality of the work was outstanding. 2 years later, we still love the floors. I'm new to Angie's List otherwise I would have written this review sooner.
Description of Work: Refinished approximately 1200 sq ft of 3/4 inch oak flooring (sanding, staining, sealing).

He would do anything that I wanted him to do. He matched my floors perfectly and they look great. He gave me a really good price. He was fair and didn't want to make a lot of money off my job. Steve was a very good communicator. He emailed, called and explained every step of the process. He did a good job. He was very anxious to get the work and did a good job. I was pleased.
