JKH Cabinets always does a great job! My cabinets still look just as beautiful as the day they were installed. I can't believe what value I got for such a great price! I will be using them for all of my future kitchen and bath projects. Thank you JKH!!

Lots and lots of problems. they came measure everything but took a long time to come back and install. they end up being very expensive. The parts were missing and not properly manufactured. The doors are supposed to be soft closing and they don't close properly the doors and hinges are not aligned.

Angelique and the team at JKH Cabinets were amazing! I decided to be my own GC for a kitchen remodel and it was so easy because of Angel. Within 15 minutes of walking into the store I had picked out the cabinets and countertops that I wanted, had an in-home consultation planned for the next day, and had a rough estimate for how much it was all going to cost (about 1/2 of what everyone else was quoting me). The in-home consultation was also fantastic, Angel was exactly on time, working around my work schedule wonderfully, and providing great design advice. She helped me think through so many choices and came up with a design that I absolutely loved. The actual installation was easy as well, the team arrived on time, worked very efficiently, and were great with the dog, making sure he didn't escape. Countertops (quartz) were delivered on time, installed beautifully, and they gave me great advice on how to DIY the finishing touches. After the tiling was done, JKH came back to install the remaining trim, also working around my schedule, and touching up the cabinets after so many other people had been through the house. I cannot recommend them enough! It was the easiest part of the remodel because of them!

The work occurred as promised efficiently and on time. The unit adds exactly what that wall needed. Plus the granite shelf acts as a server when entertaining. Beautiful addition to the room.

I'm very pleased

I purchased bathroom cabinets. The tower cabinet came damaged on the bottom (3 dents). I sent a picture after the salesman requested that I send photos of the damage. They told me that they could not compensate me or give me any discount because the damage was not structural and it would be hidden upon installation. They said that if they would have installed the cabinets, we would have never known the difference because of where the damage was, so they would not compensate us. I wasn't asking for my money back - merely an adjustment of the price because of the damage. The particular cabinet that is damaged is over $1,000 - for that price, it should be flawless when delivered. The main purpose of this review is to grade their lack of customer service.

My wife and I moved into a foreclosed home in 10/2013. We loved the color of the cabinets in the bathroom and the kitchen. When I went shopping for a Vanity cabinet for the bathrooms, I couldn't find anything that I liked, or nothing that seemed to match. So I decided to find a place that could build them for me. I first went to a couple of the big box stores, but they weren't able to help. I eventually found JKH and gave them a call. I drove down to their office in SC to meet with them face to face. They were very nice and professional. I told them what I was looking for, and even brought one of the cabinet doors with me to the meeting. They were able to come up with a design for the Vanity cabinets right away, including the molding around the top. Matched perfectly. I ended up buying 3 cabinets for my bathrooms. And for my kitchen, the island was missing 3 cabinet doors. They built me 3 new doors. Design and color matched perfectly. Everything looks like it was originally in the house from the time it was built. Looks fantastic! I couldn't be more pleased with the work they did. I would highly recommend them!

They showed up when they were scheduled. The sales rep made extra house calls to make sure that everything would fit as designed. The crew was meticulous, insuring that everything went together as it should. There was even an issue with a door that had warped, they came out and fixed it immediately. Though they are a little expensive, the cost was well worth the end product.

That was a nightmare. I have been trying to get back in touch with the gentlemen. He won't return my call. In other words there doing the under sink installs instead of the over the top sink where the actual weight is on the counter top itself. They had to come back and reseam one piece and when they did the sink, which is stainless steel sink, went out of kilter. I was quite disappointed with the fact that they didn't follow back up with me. The thing is, we went through a middle man. There was a company in town that supposedly has a good reputation and they were just, if I had to rate them I would give them like a B-. They were horrendous. The actual people who came out, the actual workmen, were quite pleasant to work with, explained everything and did a very nice job. However on the second time around where they had to come and reseam the sink is still out of kilter and it's yet to be corrected. It's quite disappointing. It was JKH Carpentry in Rock Hill South Carolina.

The team at JKH did a great job on our new kitchen. We struggled to find a provider that would allow us flexibility to design a layout that fit our needs without paying for a full set of custom cabinets. JKH assisted with design and helped walk us through our decision making process. We were able to make a few custom modifications where needed while enjoying the price point of a primarily stock set of cabinets. The final installation looks great and matched our original quote exactly. While we only used JKH for our cabinetry, our contact Matt was more than happy to help answer questions that we struggling with during our remodel. All in all, we had a great experience and would highly recommend JKH.

The service was professionally handled. The end result was very nice looking. It doesn't look like something that was added. It looks like the cabinet was supposed to be built that way from the beginning.

They arrived on schedule work was done professionally and the quality is very good. They also cleaned up when through. I would use them again.

I contacted JKH Cabinets and Carpentry in Rock Hill, SC to add cabinets to my kitchen. I worked with Field Designer Brandon Hilbert whose design was spectacular. He is creative and open to working with the client to achieve exactly the look I wanted. We made changes - some mine and some Brandon's - before installation all of which resulted in a magnificent kitchen space. The company is excellent, with all work being done either on schedule or ahead of schedule. All materials were ordered and installed as specified. They clearly care about customer service and provided outstanding service from start to finish, from design to installation. These folks are honest and ethical and I highly recommend them to anyone in the Columbia, SC or Charlotte, NC areas. It has been a long time since I found commercial business which exhibits such high regard for its reputation, quality of work, excellence in employees, and the ultimate in customer service. The company also designs and installs bathroom cabinets and offices. I plan a future project and will use JKH again.

Very professional!

Matt gave us a brief rundown and pricing of what he could do. We went and got pricing from three others listed here on Angies. we went back to JK... Thier pricing was best over all, thier drawings were not the best but we knew what we wanted and they worked very patiently with us. We worked out the plan until we all agreed and they understood perfectly. They had a brief issue with an employee.... that delayed them a bit but they got back on it as soon as possible. Had an issue with the crown moundings that match the cabinets we used, they only come in short lengths and cuts are hard to match up due to staining process. They reordered the crown and remedied the issue. They built some nifty things for us, shelves to match, we supplied the cast iron brackets, a window seat that was spectacular, mouldings and finished product was very pleasing. Cabinets were of exceptional quality and look like we spent a lot more than we did. The cabinets are square, level and plumb. Great care was given to insure this was a quality job. There were some bumps, the counter tops we chose had a couple repair and surface call backs on. The company they had to do the counter tops could have been a bit more careful. They could stand to hire a project manager that oversees every project daily and communicates with the customer every day while the project is going on, but this is not a complaint. They did a fine job but sometimes we wondered when they would let us know what and when the next step would take place. I would definitely use them again.

JKH Cabinets did a great job replacing our counter top and side panel around our kitchen sink. All the people that I met were very friendly and professional. They were also very organized, so the job went smooth. They got the job done right the first time!! I would definitely recommend them!

We had an estimate made and then met with the salesperson. They came and re-measured to be sure everything was right and then ordered the cabinets. They tore out the old cabinets and delivered the new and installed them. I was very impressed with the installers. They were courteous and professional and cleaned up after themselves. I will definitely use the company again if I have other projects.
