+ -1 moreThe work was completed without any problems. Service was needed after the installation and no one returned my calls. After weeks of calling the company, I finally contacted someone. I was informed the company was out of business. Now I need service on a new door under warranty without a company to complete the service.
Description of Work: The provider installed a new garage door in April.

+ -1 moreCalled them on Sat 2/16/2013. They came over on Monday 2/18/2013 about 3:30 PM. There was a little confusion with the door size and they had to leave to get the correct panel for the door. They returned and the installer Phillip did a great job of replacing the door panel and repairing damage to the panel above it. He also adjusted the door to correct a little gap that had been there since we bought the house a year ago. He was at the house about two hours in total. He cleaned uo everything and took the old door panel away with him. We were happy to support a local family business . It seems his father in law is the J in JK and istalled all the doors in our subdivision when it was built 20 years ago.We would have them back again if we ever needed garage door work.
