Called Bobby early afternoon. He gave me price based on description of work and job was completed same day for the quoted price. My system works fine. I am very pleased with the promptness of service and price. I will certainly call Bobby Jones for future irrigation system needs.

It was fabulous and continues to be. Their professionalism, follow up, and the service to the system is great. I don't have to call them to have the services; they just come out and do the work. They repaired an underground pipe that the hardscape company broke for no cost and also repaired a couple of sprinkler heads after the landscaping company broke them. I have recommended them to others and will continue to do so.

I contacted Mr. Jones on a Saturday to request a visit and an estimate. Bobby said that he was in the area and would be able to stop by that day. 2 hours later he knocked on the door to discuss the work. Bobby and his crew came on the exact day he said he would, later the same week, and completed the job as specified. While he was doing the work he noticed that my irrigation system had a 'blind' spot and he recommended adding another head to cover the area. Once I told him that I agreed, he came out the next day to install the new head. Very good communication, prompt and friendly, cleaned up very well, and did an excellent job. I will use him again in the future for additional needs.

Bobby has been a pleasure to work with. We have just moved into a new house and have had nothing but poor service from sub contractors. He is a breath of fresh air! He comes when he says, he does what he says he is going to do and it is a fair price.

Bobby Jones was incredibly nice to work with. He returned phone calls promptly, was very polite and knowledgeable, and was here when he said he would be. I was fairly flexible with my schedule, so he worked around his time. However, from start to finish was only 3 days total. He found a leak that 2 other companies had been unable to find. After he fixed the leaks we had, he spent time with me going through each zone to make sure the heads were working properly. He adjusted and replaced where necessary, and even taught me to adjust the heads myself so that I can do that part myself next time. I would not only use him again, but recommend him to anyone. It was a pleasure to work with him, and his charges were very fair.

WE WERE THRILLED WITH MR. JONES' SERVICE. HE CAME WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD AND CHARGED WHAT HE SAID HE WOULD, DESPITE THE FACT THAT HE NEEDED A PART HE HADN'T PLANNED ON. HE ALSO TOOK THE TIME TO GO OVER THE WHOLE IRRIGATION SYSTEM AND HOW IT WORKED WITH US IN SPITE OF THE FACT THAT HE WAS NOT THE INSTALLER.

VERY PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL. AS ONE WOULD EXPECT WITH A JOB OF THIS SIZE, WE HAD A SMALL LEAK. MR. JONES RESPONDED VERY QUICKLY, AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE, TO FIX THE PROBLEM.
