+ -1 moreI was satisfied with the outcome. They were very professional and clean. I didn’t have any problems. They got the job done very quickly. I would recommend them to others.
Description of Work: They painted all the walls in the whole house and they supplied the paint.

+ 0 moreTHE PRICE WAS EXPENSIVE, ESTIMATED AT $10,000+, BUT WE WERE WILLING TO PAY IT. HE WAS VERY HARD TO GET IN TOUCH WITH AND DIDN'T RETURN OUR MANY (4-5)CALLS AFTER HIS ESTIMATE. HE DIDN'T SEEM KNOWLEDGEABLE OF HIS JOB AND DIDN'T WANT TO DO WHAT HE HAD SAID WAS NEEDED TO DO. IF WE HADN'T BEEN AT HOME, HE WOULD HAVE MADE A REAL BIG MESS AND PAINTED OVER MILDEW STREAKS. HE GOT MAD BECAUSE WE QUESTIONED HIS PROCESS.
Description of Work: THIS COMPANY CAME AND GAVE US AN ESTIMATE ONE MONTH AGO. THEY WERE TO CALL OUR CONTRACTOR TO COORDINATE THE JOB WITH HIM OF PAINTING AND REPAIRING OUR CEDAR SIDING. HOOD PAINT CO. NEVER CALLED THE CONTRACTOR UNTIL WE CONTACTED HIM SEVERAL TIMES. HE FINALLY DID COME AND STARTED. HE WAS TO SPRAY FUNGICIDE TO KILL MILDEW ALL OVER THE SIDING ON THE HOUSE AND THEN POWER WASH THAT OFF BEFORE THE PAINTING WOULD BEGIN. THIS IS WHAT HIS ESTIMATE SAID. HE SPRAYED CLOROX AND DIDN'T WASH IT OFF, LEAVING A BROWN FINISH TO THE SIDING AND RUST LOOKING DRIPS ALL DOWN THE WOOD. WHEN WE ASKED IF HE WAS GOING TO WASH IT OFF, HE SAID NO, HE DIDN'T NEED TO BECAUSE HE DIDN'T SEE ANY BROWN. WHEN MY HUSBAND POINTED IT OUT, THE PAINTER RUBBED HIS HAND OVER A PLACE AND, OF COURSE, GOT A BROWN MILDEW AND CLOROX MIXTURE ON HIS HAND. HE THEN SAID HE WASN'T GOING TO FINISH THE JOB AND DIDN'T WANT TO DO IT IN THE FIRST PLACE. WE NOW HAVE BROWN STREAKS ON THE SIDING AND A VERY STRONG SMELL OUTSIDE.
