Ed did not follow instructions on the pour or pitch of our concrete. Our concrete work is cracking. The finish work was horrible and looks like I did it myself. Hardly the quality work you would expect from a seasoned professional. As soon as Ed was paid, he disappeared. He will not respond to phone calls, emails or text. I am escalating this through other means. Avoid at all cost and save yourself a huge headache. The repairs needed on our $24,000 driveway are estimated to cost between eight to $10,000 from two quotes I received.

installed walkways around our house. Broke an underground sprinkler line and covered it up with the walkway. We had to take up part of the walkway to repair it. Been calling him for months to redo the small part we had to tear up. After months of saying he'd get here, he now doesn't respond at all.

Eddie Guillen and his team at Guillen Enterprises are professional, prompt, provide great value, and truly stand behind their work. They evaluated what was needed for my driveway apron (additional drainage required), then installed it professionally, promptly, and on time. I was very happy with the work. But the best part happened six months after the installation. One end of a driveway-wide drain was starting to come up. I called Eddie and told him the problem. He promptly came out and fixed it at no charge, and with no questions asked. I would highly recommend Guillen Enterprises, and I would definitely hire them again.

Eddie and his crew did an excellent job on the first pad, an extension of our driveway. So much so that we called them back to pour a second pad for our hot tub!

They were very professional and took the job seriously. The concrete is holding up well and looks really good.

Eddie and his team did a great job replacing a large section of concrete(650 sq ft) that was caving in due to a failing retaining wall. Eddie provided me with a very detailed quote. Once the concrete was removed, he excavated the stone behind the wall, tore down and rebuilt the retaining wall, installed a french drain, installed washed stone for backfill, installed rebar, and poured and finished the concrete adding some curbing to channel rain water. This was accomplished in 3 1/2 days. The job site was cleaned after each days work and the site was throughly cleaned upon completion. There were certain items on the quote, such as blocks and caps that were not needed so he took them off the price. In my opinion Eddie is a very honest and dependable guy, he works with his well trained crew, and did a fantastic job on the retaining wall and concrete. I highly recommend Guillen Enterprises LLC, for any retaining wall or concrete jobs you might have.

Eddie provided a competitive quote quickly, and his availability to start the job was excellent. He and his team showed up on time, and worked through a more-difficult-than-anticipated re-work job professionally. The result was great. Also, Eddie is a pleasure to work with. I enthusiastically recommend him, and I would definitely hire him and his crew again.

I can't say enough good things about these guys! I received an estimate on Wednesday evening, agreed on scope of work and price, patio was formed and poured by 10 a.m. Friday morning and hot tub was set up on Wednesday morning (they did not do the hot tub work). This is the 4th job that has been done for me by these men. I would hire for any job. Work is very professional.
