Description of Work: We had a blockage in the drain and toilet so they came and fixed it in a short period of time.

Description of Work: Contracted with First Choice to manage 3 rental properties. They have not supervised tenants correctly. Units have gone unrented for unreasonable amounts of time. They allowed tenants to abuse at least one of my properties requiring a complete remodel. They recommended $4000.00 in upgrades when the tenant moved in. After the tenant moved out, I inspected the unit and found it to be damaged well beyond fair wear and tear. That $4000.00 was completely wasted because First Choice did not inspect and correct problems as they occurred. I have been forced to take them to small claims court for Breach of Contract. I met with them to give them the opportunity to settle, but was promptly escorted to the door. My experience with them has been horrible. They don't seem to understand that they are bound by a contract and professional standards.
