I was surprised how prompt the work was done. They had to come back for a minor repair but it was done the day after I called!

The project started on time, finished on schedule and the job was billed within the cost estimate even though the contractor absorbed some additional labor and material cost.

Excellent work quality! I recommend to anyone who wants to avoid pollen and/or use their porch/sunroom nearly all year round. No bugs and we can sit in the porch during cool mornings. We love it!

We contacted Todd Ackerman of Express Sunrooms in Rock Hill in November. Our enclosed screened porch was completed by Christmas, and we love our beautiful Weatherlite windows and new screens! We can enjoy the porch even in the coldest weather (with a small heater) and look forward to opening the windows in the spring to enjoy the screened porch like we always have!
