We contacted Todd and 2 other companies in November, liked Todd's product, price and personality best, and we had a completed porch before Christmas!! The window panels (4 per opening) slide up and down, so we stay protected in cold/ bad weather, but will be able to enjoy the screened porch like always in the spring-fall by simply sliding the panels down (or up). And the Weatherlite windows were much more attractive and user friendly than EZE Breeze. Cost was about $6200 (comparable to Champion and Archadeck) Cost would have been higher if I had wanted vinyl on all wood inside the porch. I wanted to keep the integrity of the wood inside, so I have some sanding and a lot of painting to do. The porch is not temperature efficient/insulated, but it stays about 10 degrees warmer than outside and warms up very nicely on comfy winter days. We use a small electric heater if family/ friends come over and it works just perfectly! We are porch people! Now we get to really enjoy our porch all year long! Thanks, Todd!!

Initially, we were interested in making our already existing screened porch a sunroom. We had received numerous quotes for $12k and up so in a final attempt we decided to try Express Sunrooms. Todd came out and met with us and we explained what we wanted. He agreed that traditional sunrooms could get very expensive but immediately came up with a great solution with the EZE Breeze Vinyl Enclosures. They were less than half the cost of the glass windows but still allowed the option of a three season room. It was the perfect solution! From the date we signed with Todd, it took about 3 weeks for the supplies to come in. Todd and his crew showed up on a Thursday and were done by lunchtime on Friday. The guys were extremely friendly and courteous and answered any questions I had. They took pride in their work and even did a great job of cleaning up afterwards! Overall, it was the easiest “renovation” we’ve done yet – I only wish we had found these guys sooner!

We met Todd Ackerman of ExpressSunRooms.com at the Charlotte Home and Garden show this year. He came to our home and gave us a very detailed description and estimate and we signed up to have him do the job. He gave us a healthy discount as his company desired to expand into our area. Due to all the rain, our start date did get pushed back, but Todd put enough people on the job to complete it by our deadline. Todd and his crew kept us informed and made a few suggestions along the way and the final product exceeded our expectations. We are very happy we chose Todd to do our SunRoom.

The screen room went great. They first came out and did a free estimate which we talked about all of the ideas. The provider gave us some great insight on some good ideas. Then we agreed to the purchase. Then we agreed upon a start date and they showed up that day and started the project. The workers were really nice and courteous. Whenever I had a question about something they always explained it to me and showed me the best option. If there was something wrong they checked it and fixed it right away. Great group of guys, cleaned up after themselves.
