Maurice did not show up or even call to apologize or reschedule after we agreed to meet this morning. A complete waste of my time. Expert? Maybe. Reliable? Not today.

Maurice pricing was more than fair and told him he under quoted. We ran across more than we discussed initially and his team worked hard and efficiently. I offered him what I thought he should have asked for. He was so appreciative. I would love it if all contractors and their teams were so hard working, customer focused and very efficient. No time wasted!

When I phoned this company, I spoke to the owner, Maurice. He did everything he could to try to help me save money by not having an emergency visit. However, I couldn't figure out what needed to be done. They came out promptly. Maurice made sure that the problem was absolutely fixed. I found him very easy to do business with and very honest and honorable. I would highly recommend this company.

Service man was always available by phone when setting up appt and me needing to reschedule. Showed up on promised schedule and was very knowledgeable about my in ground irrigation sprinkler system. Problem solved at first visit. Very fairly priced fix. Definitely would hire again.
