+ -1 moreThe guy did a pretty good job. He makes time to come out. He is professional. He does follow-up and he's one of the few good people to work with.
Description of Work: We used Enterprise Appliances. We've been using them for home warranty service at one point to. We got the dishwasher, wash dryer and the refrigerator.

+ -1 moreWe called our home warranty provider about our GE range that was broken and enterprise was assigned to us. He came out on or around 7/12/13 to do the diagnostics. Told us he would have to order parts and would be back in touch. After two weeks we called a left a message, no call back and had to call again and finally got jeff on the phone. Said he was still waiting on the parts from the distrubutor and was very short with my wife on the phone. After 2 more weeks called back and he said the parts were still not in so I decided to call our home warranty company. Come to find out Jeff did not submit our informatiion back to our home warranty carrier for a month after telling us 2 times he was waiting on parts. Very untrustworthy, unresponsive and decitful.

+ -1 moreAN ENTERPRISE TECHNICIAN CAME OUT OVER A MONTH AGO AND AFTER EXAMINING OUR MICROWAVE, SAID THAT HE NEEDED TO ORDER A PART. WE WAITED WITHOUT HEARING FROM THEM FOR TWO WEEKS, AND THEN HE FINALLY RETURNED AND REPLACED THE PART. YESTERDAY OUR MICROWAVE BEGAN SMOKING FROM THE INSIDE WHILE I HEATED WATER IN IT. A DIFFERENT COMPANY CAME OUT TODAY AND SAID THAT IT APPEARS ENTERPRISE USED A PART NOT AUTHORIZED FOR OUR MICROWAVE, ONE THAT ALONE WOULD HAVE CAUSED OUR MICROWAVE TO PHYSICALLY BLOW UP DUE TO THE POSITION OF THE WIRING! TO KEEP IT FROM BLOWING UP, THE ENTERPRISE TECHNICIAN HAD PUT A FLIMSY PIECE OF CARDBOARD BETWEEN THE WIRES, WHICH IS WHAT CAUGHT ON FIRE AND CAUSED THE SMOKING. FORTUNATELY THE TECHNICIAN TODAY SEEMED TO KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING, AND THE MICROWAVE IS NOW BEING REPLACED AT A COST OF AROUND $400. I WAS NOT ONLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVED, BUT BELIEVE THAT THE COMPANY PUT US AT RISK BY USING A PART NOT INTENDED FOR OUR MICROWAVE.
Description of Work: REPLACED A TUBE IN OUR MICROWAVE WHEN IT STOPPED RUNNING, PER RECOMMENDATION OF OUR HOME WARRANTY COMPANY. (DUE TO WARRANTY, WE ONLY PAID THE $45 VISIT FEE)
