 + -1 moreI called and talked to Ron and we set up a time to come to my business to take a look at one of my hanging heaters that I was having trouble with.He came when he said he would and like always he explained everything in detail what needed to be done.He took the time to clean both of my hanging heaters and oiled them up and they were working within a short time.It is refreshing to know that there is someone as honest as Ron still out there that you can depend on and charge you fair price.

 + -1 moreHe comes and looks at what you need. He gave us options and was able to fix our issue for a much cheaper price than we thought it would be. He is honest and punctual. It has been wonderful thing to find someone like him with his standards.

Description of Work: Last winter I was advised by the company to set up an appointment in April for A/C check-out becasue the company is not busy at that time. We set up an appointment on April 18 but it was canceled by the company because breakdown at one of their customers. They couldn't give us a definite time for appointment because preventive maintenace is lower priority to them. I've to take time off from work while they are servicing our A./C unit. Also I don't understand why they cannot service heating furnace and A/C unit in one visit.

 + -1 moreFOR THE FIRST TIME IN 5 YEARS, I CAN WORK IN THE ROOM OVER OUR GARAGE IN THE SUMMERTIME!
Description of Work: AFTER PAYING SOMEONE 5 YRS AGO TO INSTALL A NEW UNIT TO COOL AN UPSTAIRS RENOVATION, WE FOUND THAT IT WOULD NOT COOL THE ORIGINAL ROOM OVER THE GARAGE. THE ORIGINAL COMPANY DID NOT FIX THE SITUATION. WE CALLED RON'S COMPANY (BASED ON ANGIE'S LIST RECOMMENDATION) AND HE GAVE US AN ASSESSMENT OF WHAT COULD BE DONE. IT WAS A SIMPLE INEXPENSIVE SOLUTION THAT IS WORKING.
