They didn't go well at all, over priced, i kept calling the owner but no reply and never called back at all. I tried to get an estimate, and the only time that you would be contacted would be via text and very rude and disrespectful. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau next.

CPR Pool Service has been caring for and helping maintain our pool for over 5 years. During the course of that time there have been mechanical repairs and need to replacement pool filter, motors, etc and they have ALWAYS done an excellent job with that work. The pool is over 20 years old and the gunnite concrete needed to be repaired/resurfaced. Scott, Ginger and Austin Ball were all very helpful in discussing the various options, costs and longevity of all the surface options we could use. We decided to resurface the entire pool and spa with a pebble-tec surface. They ground down the old surface, were able to save the edge tiles so we didn't have to pay more to replace those and resurfaced everything--all while keeping dust and debris out of our house and yard. The job was done efficiently, excellently and at what we thought was a very reasonable cost. The results are absolutely beautiful!!! CPR is the ONLY company we will allow near our pool or equipment. We ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND their service!

I had problems with most of my pool equipment, and with keeping the chemicals balanced. Austin came out and fixed everything. I was so impressed, I contracted for monthly service calls to keep everything up-to-snuff and running smoothly. No more pool problems! They're responsive an extremely courteous; a pleasure to have around.

Can I tell yo how much I LOVE this company? Over the last 5 years they have done everything from a major renovation, to minor pool servicing and they NEVER disappoint. This time I called this morning with a nonfunctioning motor and freezing temps on the way. They were out within two hours and serviced it. I was prepared to buy a new motor, but they found it was just a minor repair. They could have totally taken advantage of the situation, but they didn't. And that's the thing about CPR. They are just an honest, hardworking family-run business. You really can't go wrong with them.

Two years ago Scott and crew resurfaced our aging gunite pool and replaced coping and tile. They have returned to trouble shoot with other equipment issues (those were not replaced at the time) and to help maintain the pool and equipment. They are always on time, polite and efficient. They are great about giving the customer the best information and estimates for work are always right on the money. They are a quality, family-run business that I hightly recommend.

We were extremely happy with CPR Pool Servce. Scott Ball is very knowledgeable of pools. All steps were communicated to us and everything was performed as we were told. We enjoyed working with Ginger on our tile selection. Austin is responsive and knowledgeable of pool repairs that we have needed. We will never use another pool company again!

We hired Carolina Pool Renovations a few years back to handle our pool remodel. Everything went very well with that project so it was a no-brainer who to call when our pool pump kicked the bucket in freezing temps this winter. We needed to get the pool up and running asap so the water could circulate and keep the pipes from freezing. Carolina Pool was very responsive and replaced the pump as soon as possible. In the meantime, they gave us great advice on how to try to keep the above ground pipes as warm as possible so nothing would be damaged while we waited for the pump. Everything worked out well in the end. These guys know everything and anything there is to know about pools. I trust them very much.
