It went smoother than expected. I was told I would need to buy I new storm door because locks weren't made like that anymore. Well, Mr. Ryan Lochbaum saved me $500 by changing my locks. He took the time to show me everything and even gave me a quote on fixing my garage. He was very informative and very helpful. Thank you. I will use you again.

He was very VERY knowledgeable and an absolute master of his trade! He was very accommodating and fast and preformed flawlessly.

The provider informed us not to try and have duplicate keys made at any of the big box stores, but to use a lock smith shop to get a duplicate quality key made. We appreciated her thoughtfulness in providing us this information.

Ryan showed up promptly at the pre-arranged time. I had purchased an Angie's List Big Deal but needed additional work that wasn't covered. The charges for this had been explained in advance. The work was done professionally and to a high standard of quality. I would definitely recommend them.

I needed a second key for our new car and called a locksmith number in my town but reached another locksmith in another state, due to an error on Google. Ryan at Consolidated was the person I reached. He not only returned my call but gave me extensive advice on which electronic key to purchase which will save me money and hassle locally, even though I would not be engaging his services. Very knowledgeable, conscientious and caring professional.

It went great. They showed up on time and did a great job. They went around at the end and double checked all the locks and keys. I even got a lesson on how to care for locks. I would recommend!!!!

Fast, friendly and Marie was awesome. I would highly recommend this company. She corrected the cylinders so they locked correctly! My husband and I are very satisfied with the results. She even sprayed all the hinges so the doors don't squeak anymore!

A day after we had our locks changed, I locked myself out of the house. I was barefoot and in my PJs. The locksmith provided me with a jacket and worked hard to get me back in the house as quickly as possible. The job the day before proved how impossible it would be a for a burglar to get into our home. I couldn't be happier with Consolidated Locksmiths of the Piedmont Inc.. The doors was quick and professional! they did the 4 locks for 119 then some extra keys and the master bedroom work for additional 85 dollars..we found out they also do car transponder code fixes and car keys..we are currently getting a quote for this. The lady that came to door was great and did a killer job! I originally had an A all the way Now why i lowered overall..and I slept on this a few days to make sure I was not just being a jerk. The price 225 for the locks was fair...but it was not 100% told to me that I would not get the same Key that I need replaced. The key I thought i was getting had the remote lock and panic button( a "FOB")... what i received was a "transponder " Key that will open/unlock the door and lock the doors. Key does not fit in the passenger or the trunk well enough to work...so only way in is the driver side....Not that big of a deal...that said...was not what I thought i was getting. When i approached the owner...he informed me (and his assistant) with an air of condescension that that key is not available..He cant do a "FOB" key and that would be 400 plus dollars that he thought i understood I would get a transponder key...I said my apologies for not knowing Car Key Lingo..but this was not fully explained to me and had it we could have went that route (I had a claim from my Car Insurance paying the tab..car was stolen and returned AMEN!) The he said most people don't want a FOB Key they tend to break..I said most people i know like the ability to lock there doors with remote...I was not buying that story. I asked if at least they can give me a wireless remote for the 2005 Pilot on the side..(like other cars i have where Key and remote module are separate. They were unable to do so due to not having the proper parts And this is after i had to wait nearly two weeks to get my replacement key they had a belt go out on there mobile machine and it took a while...Hey things happen I get that...no issue really here...except the aforementioned. I think the responsibility falls on the business not the customer on level-setting expectations...I could have potentially had the key I lost replaced at Honda Dealership at no cost to me...Instead i have a functional spare key, recode of my other set and the price was fair... So A for home...C/D for Car Keys.

Great experience - exactly as advertised with no upsell on additional services; I purchased a coupon via Angie's List and opted to add the extra work on my own.

I was the first appointment, the person that came was punctual, courteous, explained all that will be done. I had to purchase an additional lock for one of the locks. I am very happy with all the work done for a great price.

Set up a time to come when it was convenient for me. Replaced locks and provided information on maintaining them to help lessen damage from the weather. Overall it was a great experience and I would use them again.

I own an antique music box and the bottom drawer of the unit would no longer unlock. I read reviews for several locksmiths and decided these were the guys to call. Ryan, the owner/manager called me back immediately. I was able to save part of the price of a visit or possibly the need for a second visit by sending him pictures of the lock and key on my phone. When we were ready to schedule service, I texted Ryan and one of his associates, Greg, called me almost immediately. He offered to come that afternoon, but instead I opted to schedule for the next day. Ryan called to let us know he was on the way, and he arrived right on time and got right to work. He figured out what was wrong and was able to repair the lock. He was also careful to explain to us clearly what the problem was and how he had repaired it, and how to work the lock in the future.

I really appreciated Ryan talking through my issue on the phone. I had an antique safe that I needed help with the combination.
