Description of Work: The service is unreliable and the price is ridiculous considering there is internet data limits. Technicians have been to the house at least five times due to sporadic outages. I miss the Verizon FIOS I had in Maryland.

+ -1 moreAs stated above, the two gentlemen went beyond the call of duty. My only complaint is that I was not handed a phone book and I failed to ask. Being older, I'm still of the generation that feels more comfortable with one even though I do use a cell phone. The men were courteous and my questions were answered. As a former school teacher, that's quite impressive to me.
Description of Work: Installation of services. Even the Clemson student intern was very professional. They even helped my sons connect my Wi - fi with the equipment I had purchased.

Description of Work: I pay Comporium $75 a month for their ultra (50mbs)internet service. I pay for the ultra high speed internet since I work from home. Never ever have I ran a Speed Test and got the 50mbs download speed. Generally I'm lucky during the day to get 20 mbs and at night it generally runs at 10mbs. Every single night I have issues with connectivity. I have to generally shut down my laptop and start it up again to get back on the internet. Comporium has been out to my home on three occasions and each time I get the same story--that my laptop is five years old and that is the problem. Of course I can take this laptop to a Starbucks or the public library and have absolutely no problem connecting to the internet at a higher mbs than at home. My biggest complaint is that Comporium has a monopoly in Rock Hill SC. I paid $45 a month in Raleigh NC to AT&T for their Uverse service with a lot better connectivity.

+ -1 moreWe started using them about a year ago. They are the only ones for cable TV in our area but we do have the option of satellite TV. We chose them for the price, and it is comparable. They offered a special. They have been very fine. They are okay.
