 + -1 moreI pay Comporium for 'ultra high speed internet' which the service provides 60 mb/s, yet when testing speeds I can not get even to 40mb/s, even standing 10' unobstructed from the wireless router. Upon explaining the situation to tech support I was told that they could send someone out however if they found there was no problem I would be charged, that was the solution.

 + -1 moreThey are absolutely terrible. I worked in telecommunications for 25 years, and their professionalism is terrible. I do a lot of work from home, and 4 or 5 times a day, my internet goes down. If anything goes wrong, they can t fix it, so I end up fixing it myself. Unfortunately, I am stuck with them because they have a monopoly in this area.
