Robbie and his worker were very professional and respectful. They went through out the attic and crawl space. Checked outside perimeter of house. The verdict was mice, nothing bigger. Robbie and Brad came to the house and performed a thorough review. Much to my shock, they found that not only did I have a severe squirrel problem with house damage, I also had evidence of bats and mice in the attic. They even found a 4-foot snakeskin in the attic! They provided an estimate for removal of the squirrel, and debris from the bats, as well as sealing up the house from all potential entry points of further wildlife. The fees seemed reasonable, given the amount of work that needed to be done, as well as the multiple times they had to return to check traps and complete the work on the house. Robbie was patient, answering all questions to my satisfaction. He was knowledgeable, confident, humble and did not use any high-pressure sales tactics. Their work is guaranteed for 5 years against future infestation.

Catawba Wildlife is a company I would recommend. They did a great job in responding quickly, informing me of what the issues were and how to correct them, the process to correct. and got the work done quickly. The price was more reasonable than other companies as well. They were even nice enough to point out and repair my dryer vent that had come undone.

Discovered I had bats in the house so I called and left a message. I got a call back in less than two hours. The owner agreed to meet me that evening. He reviewed the situation, made a plan and I hired them on the spot. They came out and got started two days later, only because of rain. They finished the job to my satisfaction. Bats are gone and they cleaned up the affected areas. Overall, they did exactly what they said they were going to do and did it quickly. I didn't have to wait weeks to get on their schedule. Fast, courteous, and professional. I'd hire them again if needed.

Excellent experience! Very thorough inspection of my attic, even opened up some HVAC vents because I thought I heard something inside. Turns out I had birds in a bathroom exhaust vent and the quick easy fix was to wait til they were outside and then install a plastic cage over the vent. Owner was extremely knowledgeable and respectful of my premises. Would hire again.

The young man that came was prompt, efficient and cordial. He explained his methods and the pricing. He return later on to do the work, also on time. He gave me the follow up procedure and walked me thru his work. It is too soon to know the complete outcome, but I'm satisfied so far.

After discovering a few stray bats in our home, we contacted Catawba Wildlife. The owner/operator Robbie, set up an appointment for the very next day. Robbie arrived on time and was extremely knowledgeable. He assessed our problem and promptly secured our situation. He was always courteous and most importantly, got the job done! It is a labor intensive process. First the squirrels are humanely caught and transported (owner lives in South Carolina so they went there). The entrances were repaired. They had eaten their way through metal in two places. (I have since had trees trimmed away from the house) Then the area in the attic is cleaned and sprayed to remove the scent that will draw them back. ( aunties, cousins ect...) It was expensive but I had had this done about 15 years ago and it was conparable. I found the gentleman very professional and knowledgeable.

Robb came when he said he would. He explained what he was going to do. I discovered them (squirrels) on a Tuesday and he was here the next day. He repaired the damage and sealed up problem areas in the attic . He trapped the squirrels using the space and moved them to South Carolina. He put on a new attic fan cover and disinfected the space so the I would not get aunts and cousins to move in His work is guaranteed for 5 years.

Had a lot of bats in the attic. Robbie placed a valve to release bats then covered the entry to prevent further return of the bats. Cleaned the bat guano as well. Friendly and knowledeable
