During the whole process, I felt confident in the quality of work and communication provided. Everything promised, was delivered (and on time!). Great experience working with Gio and his team! The project took too long, but that was because of the fireplace supplier. Once the fireplace was delivered, the installation took a couple of days!

Gio is hands down the best contractor I have ever hired. Reasonable price, amazing quality work, punctual, responsive, and clean. They would literally clean up every single day and leave everything spotless even though the work was still in progress. He will explain everything in detail and with honesty, no matter how long it takes, until you are satisfied. He installed travertine pavers, a seating wall, a pavers sidewalk on the side of the house with decorative stones, built a fire pit, replaced my Bermuda, and planted a variety of trees. Gio and his crew are true professionals. They are highly skilled and knowledgeable in what they do. You can expect them to go the extra mile and exceed all of your expectations. From beginning to end Gio was very helpful and provided exceptional customer service. They were early to show up, and worked late to ensure the job was completed ahead of time due to a chance of bad weather the next day. Gio also installed a drainage pipe that I had not even considered and we didnâ t talk about initially, but he knew it was the right thing to do and installed it to my surprise. He also took the left over dirt, and improved poor grading on my lot. Just another example to exceeding expectations and going the extra mile. I will exclusively use Gio and his crew for all of my hard scaping needs going forward.

Gio, the owner is very knowledgeable when it comes to patios, and stone work. His crew is excellent and all get along well. He was punctual and put in long days. I was enjoying watching them smile and talk and laugh while they were working together. Gio was in great communication with us when he wasn't on site. Paver Block Patio We just had a paver block patio installed outside our 3 Season room and the contractor, Carolina Fireplace & Outdoor Solutions (Giovanni) did an outstanding job in every way. His recommendations were wonderful and weâ re extremely pleased. He included mulch for our garden bed (where we kept our grille), an underground drain to redirect rainfall from our gutters and will be returning to install sod along the edges. We called in four companies for prices and chose him because of his creative recommendations. I donâ t normally write reviews, so the fact that I am now should serve as an indication for how impressed I was with this company. We had a travertine patio with fire pit installed. Before having the work done, we had close to a dozen quotes. Gio was the only one that really took that process seriously. He met with me for close to an hour, took measurements, listened to what we wanted and made several recommendations for what would make it look better. I even received a 3D image mocking up what he wanted to do. They were the only company that did that. What impressed me even more than the end product was the work ethic of the crew. They showed up every morning at 7:30 and worked solidly through 5:30 or 6:00 every day including a Saturday. I honestly canâ t say enough about Gio and his crew. If you want a wonderful product at a very reasonable price look no further than Carolinas Fireplace & Outdoor Solutions!

Giovanni and his team did an amazing job transforming our backyard. We had them build a retaining wall, a concrete paver patio, an amazing flagstone fireplace and patio, and build enclosures around the pool equipment and garbage cans. The work is of the highest quality and the attention to detail exceptional. The team was here when they said and were the hardest working crew ever. Gio would make sure to ask/answer questions each day and would make suggestions if he thought there was a better way to do something. He has one crew and they work together extremely well and take great pride in their work. We highly recommend Carolinas Fireplace and Outdoor Solutions!

The bid was the lowest. When the weather was not good Giovanni communicated when he expected to be back on the project. He answered questions promptly.

Giovanni and his guys were amazing! They all worked very hard and got my patio done so fast! It looks beautiful and you can clearly see the quality in their work! Giovanni kept me in the loop from beginning to end with ideas and timing and answered any and all of my million questions throughout the whole process! We contracted with Carolina Fireplace and Outdoor Solutions (Carolina FP) to build a retaining wall, a Travertine patio, an extended patio, wrapped columns, a gas fire pit and plant some plants. We viewed this as a very complex job but Geo Nunez was never concerned. We did multiple competitive bids before awarding the project. Carolina FP was the best bid we received. I have done several home projects like this. These experiences as well as being an engineer cause me to pay very close attention to the work being completed. This can be very stressful for myself and the contractor if they take shortcuts. I am very happy to report that this was NEVER an Issue with Carolina FP work. I believe that Geo is the best contractor I have ever hired. The quality of the work, was impeccable, the schedule was on time and overall the project was stress free. His attention to the smallest details resulted in a perfectly finished project. His price was much below the value we received for the work he and his crew did. Geo and his crew started each day early in the morning (6 days a week) and worked until past dinner time. Even as the end of the project neared completion he never let up until our project was satisfactorily completed. My wife and I are ecstatic with the results. I highly recommend Geo Nunez and wish he and his company the very best.
