It started out fine with the drawing and went downhill from there. When they finally got around to doing our yard many of the plants that we had selected and were on the drawing were not available. Over half of the planned plantings were substituted with others, some without even telling us. We only found it by reading the tag on the plant and then we were told if we hadn't read the tag we would have never known. The installer arrived and didn't even have a drawing or instructions on where to start. He placed the fill dirt that was intended in for the side yard in the back where the primary plantings would go and the top soil on the side of the house where we had erosion problems. The stone walkway looked more like a random scattering of stones than a walkway. It was difficult to even step from one stone to another because of the distance between them. After arguing much of this with them they eventually came back to try to fix their mistakes. At that point a number of the plants already looked dead, but they requested that we wait until spring to call regarding their one year guarantee so they could do it in one trip. We called in January to ensure that we would be on the schedule as early as possible in the spring. We were told to call back in April and they would take care of it. We called back as asked and left numerous messages without a return call. We eventually filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau since they list an A+ rating. The BBB never heard back from them. They now have an F rating, but still list an A+ rating on their website. To date we have never heard from them, other than a phone call asking why we filed a claim against them. We have propobably lost 30 to 40% of the plants, many of which were replanted when they tried to fix the yard or were planted in soil that was meant to act as filler in areas where erosion had occured.

They do an excellent job.
